Hi, I’m Tasha. I’ve spent nearly a decade as a grants professional and secured over $14 million in foundation and corporate grants for nonprofits that serve kids and teens. I work best with teams that have a grant calendar in place but need someone experienced to handle the writing, strategy, and follow-through. Someone who can jump in fast, write like a human, and treat your funders like partners and not ATMs.

My clients are often navigating staff transitions or covering parental leave, and they don’t have time to start from scratch. They want someone who knows the drill and won’t need months of hand-holding to get up to speed. I’ve seen what it costs to miss application and report deadlines, and I’ve helped organizations keep grant revenue steady while freeing up internal capacity.
